1. Marketplace & Intermediary Disclosure

  • Inventory & Quality Disclaimer: We do not hold physical inventory. While we strive to partner only with reputable suppliers, Akhilo.com is not the manufacturer of the products sold. Consequently, we are not legally responsible for the specific quality, durability, or performance of individual brands. All products are provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis.
  • Logistics Partners: Deliveries may be managed by our own systems or via third-party platforms including, but not limited to, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, IndiaMart, and other national courier services.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: Due to the multi-source nature of our sourcing, please allow 6 to 9 business days for delivery.
  • Order Details: It is the customer's responsibility to read the item descriptions, size charts, and specifications thoroughly before purchase. Minor variations in color or design may occur due to photography lighting or manufacturing batches.

3. Strict Non-Returnable Categories

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are strictly Non-Returnable, Non-Exchangeable, and Non-Refundable:

  • Jewelry: All jewelry (including Earrings, Jhumkas, Necklaces, etc.) once the package is opened.
  • Beauty & Personal Care: Skincare, makeup, and hair accessories.
  • Perishables: Any food items or products with a limited shelf life.
  • One-Time Use Items: Disposable tools, adhesives, and intimate wear.
  • Used Products: Any item showing signs of wear, use, or alteration.

4. Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video

To protect against "Package Damage" or "Missing Items" claims, a continuous 360-degree unboxing video is an absolute requirement.

  • The Process: The video must start by showing the unopened courier seal and shipping label. You must rotate the package to show all sides before opening it on camera.
  • The Constraint: Claims for physical damage or missing components will be summarily rejected without this uncut video evidence.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Intermediary Protection: Under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Akhilo.com is an intermediary and is not liable for third-party content or products.
  • Liability Cap: In no event shall Akhilo.com's total liability to the customer for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.
  • Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party logistics providers (e.g., Meesho, Amazon) once the product has left the supplier's warehouse.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

  • Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the use of this Website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala.

  • Jewelry & Beauty: Any items that have been used or removed from their original sealed packaging.
  • Perishables & One-Time Use: Items with a limited shelf life or intended for single use (e.g., specific beauty tools or adhesives).

  • Jewelry: Any items that have been worn or removed from their original packaging (Earrings, Jhumkas, Necklaces, etc.).

  • Perishable Items: Any food-based products or items with a limited shelf life.
  • One-Time Use Products: Disposable beauty tools, adhesive patches, or single-use accessories.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased during clearance or "Final Sale" events.

3. Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video

To protect your purchase against transit damage or missing items, a continuous 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory.

Requirements for the Video:
  • The video must start before the package is opened.
  • You must clearly show all sides of the package (the "360° view") to prove the original seal is intact.
  • The shipping label must be clearly visible.
  • The video must be uncut and unedited.

4. Returns & Exchanges (If Applicable)

Returns are only accepted if the item received is physically damaged (noted in the unboxing video) or if the wrong product was sent.

  • Timeline: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached.
